The Bangalore Development Authority will hand over all major layouts to Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike for maintenance, as per a Government Order dated May 5, 2007. The list includes layouts formed by BDA, HBCS layouts approved by BDA, as well as private layouts.
The allottees of the layouts listed below will now have to contact BBMP for payment of tax, plan sanction and other works. BDA, which is collecting tax for the first half of the year, has already dispatched the half-yearly tax challan for the year 2007-08. Tax for the next half year have to be paid to BBMP.
