Face the challenge
As we grow up, we tend to realise that the formal education we have received has not prepared to face the challenges of life. Perhaps it is this realisation that inspired five graduates to form an adventure club a year ago. Hemant Marriya, Amit Kumar, Shankar K J, Abhishek Parihar and Arnold D’Souza, the founder members of the group, spend all their leisure planning outings in exciting and adventurous locales around the City.

I killed a friendship just to watch it die
It has been more than ten years since I first met my friend named 'cigarette'. Not knowing how exactly it should be smoked I had spent the initial few weeks inhaling and exhaling the smoke like a cigar. It took a forgotten college buddy who stood with me outside a cinema hall one evening to show me I was smoking it the wrong way. I had to inhale it beyond my mouth into my throat and deep into the pipes that carry food into my stomach. It had to enter the lungs like a whiff of over-expensive French perfume...
