I killed a friendship just to watch it die
It has been more than ten years since I first met my friend named 'cigarette'. Not knowing how exactly it should be smoked I had spent the initial few weeks inhaling and exhaling the smoke like a cigar. It took a forgotten college buddy who stood with me outside a cinema hall one evening to show me I was smoking it the wrong way. I had to inhale it beyond my mouth into my throat and deep into the pipes that carry food into my stomach. It had to enter the lungs like a whiff of over-expensive French perfume... Jayamala's confession
Actor Jayalamalas confession that she had visited Sabaramala temple has stirred a hornets nest with many calling it a sacrilege and womens activists protesting against any restrictions on women at places of worship. We invite our readers to rate its performance on a scale of 1-10 and give reasons, in about 100 words .
