“Bimba shuddhi” and “dhama samprokshana” rituals to conclude the renovation of the 1000 pillar basadi in Moodabidri began under the guidance Swasthishri Bhattaraka Charukeerthi Pandithacharyavarya Mahaswamiji on Friday.

Thorana Muhurtha was held under the guidance of priests Nabhiraja Indra and Naveena Indra in the morning. This was followed by inauguration of ‘Mukhavastra,’ ‘mukhamantapa,’ ‘Indra prathishte,’ ‘Nagaprathishte’ and ‘Kshethrapala prathishte.’

Jain Math Head Swasthishri Bhattaraka Charukeerthi Pandithacharyavarya Mahaswamiji said “let us all pray for the world peace and lead a non violent life.”
