 Should Bangalore International Airport design be changed?
Union civil aviation minister Praful Patel has sought change in the design of the international airport at Bangalore. Part of the design was to change the capacity - which is welcome, but he also wanted re-work on the aesthetics.I would request the minister to allow the existing design which includes the traditional rangoli.

Dissolution of BCC
The Belgaum corporation has been dissolved following a controversial resolution by the civic body on merging certain areas in the district with Maharashtra. We sought our reader’s reaction to the issue following which most readers supported the government’s decision to the hilt, of dissolving the BCC. While a few said it was just a populist move to appease certain linguistic groups.
